As Head of Early Years I was responsible for the leadership, management and strategic direction of the department, which was made up of 31 members of staff and 200 pupils. I supported the Principal and Head of School in developing the School’s aims, values and objectives, ensuring these we embedded into the early years pedagogy and practice.

Building on 3 successful years of leadership in Early Years I moved into Key Stage 1 and 2 to continue to develop the teaching and learning environment for pupils and staff from Year 1 to Year 3.
