My aim is to help organisations save money and time by reducing sick days, retaining and progressing staff, reducing stress issues, supporting mental health and increasing motivation.A healthy, happy workforce are likely to be more focused, communicate well, and actively progressive putting in that extra commitment that can help grow your organisation. I gained researching, planning, scheduling, critical thinking and budgeting skills. I am a qualified NLP coach, mindfulness teacher, clinical hypnotherapist and nutritional adviser. I also have Diplomas in and practice reflexology, remedial massage and onsite massage. I have a certificate in Leadership Skills and a diploma in sports psychology. As you can see I love learning.I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies and The National Council of Hypnotherapists. I also have a current enhanced DBS certificate.I'm a bit of a running addict and a member of King's Heath Running Club, which has got great values, it's inclusive and supporting. I volunteer for UK Athletics as a Licensed Official, currently working my way up through their officials’ education programme. I enjoy the team work, doing something a little different to my work and I get inspiration from the athletes.
