Successfully developed and was awarded a contract with the City of Virginia Beach to provide the precursor to a homelessness centralized intake system named Connection Point; developed and brought for board approval new policies for staff and program implementation including Guiding Principles for Direct Service Staff; served on the executive committee for B.E.A.C.H.
