Ruth is an experienced senior business development and client service leader who has worked in professional services for 40 years, including 18 years at RGP. Based in the UK, she recently retired from her role as Senior Vice President, Global Client Services at RGP, where she was responsible for developing key client accounts on a global basis in partnership with C-Suite and other senior client personnel. During her time with RGP, she played a key role in building the company’s UK and European businesses, leading the Strategic Accounts Program in Europe and spending many years on the firm’s European Leadership Team and Strategic Account Management Leadership Team.Ruth began her career with Ernst & Young where she spent 22 years serving global multinational clients. As a partner, she focused on audit and assurance services, process improvement and risk management and helped to develop the firm’s risk management practice for the Central Region.Ruth’s areas of expertise include audit & accounting, governance, risk & compliance, management consulting, business transformation, change management, business development and strategic account management as well as leadership and mentoring.
