Defined and designed the Business Banking Group for Countrywide Bank. Acquisition team focused on capturing deposits from businesses and business owners. Target market included businesses with annual sales over 2MM, Not for Profits, Property Management Companies, Home Owners Associations and Institutions. Created and assisted in development of training, sales tracking, loss management, customer management system, policies and procedures. • Grew employee footprint by 575% in one year, increasing from 35 to 200 including sales persons and managers.• Average monthly production for 2007 was 56MM, average 1MM per banker month versus a goal of $500,000.• Achieved 90% top box score on annual employee survey, among highest in the company, Countrywide Financial.

Assisted in formal launch of the Business Deposit Consultants Program, BDC’s, in 2002. Assisted in the building of the sales program which included an activity based playbook. Products sold were primarily deposit in Bank accounts (checking, savings), but also Treasury Management, Loans & Lines of Credit, and third party business products like First Data Merchant Card Services.
