Assisted in formal launch of the Business Deposit Consultants Program, BDC’s, in 2002. Assisted in the building of the sales program which included an activity based playbook. Products sold were primarily deposit in Bank accounts (checking, savings), but also Treasury Management, Loans & Lines of Credit, and third party business products like First Data Merchant Card Services.
