• Ruth is a lead project and development director with considerable experience in the construction industry. She has a broad and accomplished background and has worked in the UK as well as the UAE, Hong Kong and Berlin in her 25 years in the industry.• Ruth has successfully led teams and delivered projects with values of up to and over £100 million in most sectors - commercial office developments, residential, end user facilities, cultural buildings, hotels and leisure facilities. • She is a chartered structural engineer, holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and is a visiting lecturer at King’s College, London. The valuable technical knowledge in engineering gained from her early career in Arup in addition to the knowledge from her MSc enables her to provide a unique set of added value to every project. • Project Management skills and expertise - briefing and feasibility, design and design management, procurement and contract negotiation, construction and delivery, contract administration, post construction , soft landings, management of change, brief alignment , team communication and client reporting.• Design Management - project set-up for design consultants, negotiation of consultancy services agreements , brief clarification and certainty of design delivery by design programming, monitoring, change control and strategic direction. 2009 to 2011 spent part time in the UAE providing these services to an international team of architects and engineers from USA, UK, Europe, and the UAE.
