An experienced Senior Manager, Ruth has significant experience in leading teams to deliver excellent customer service.Ruth is driven to achieve and champions her people by empowering them to deliver targets with their own teams and build their own experience.As a volunteer Director and Trustee of the local FoodBank in High Wycombe, Ruth also acts as the Operational lead and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Hills Cafe (part of the One Can Trust family) who provide employment and volunteering opportunities in Micklefield at their community cafe. She also sits on the Operations sub-committee for the FoodBank who are responsible for food sourcing and distribution to hundreds of local households each week in South Buckinghamshire.
