CurrentReporting to the CEO Dynamica and VP Cellcom, managing HR in the retail division, with approximately 900 employees (senior management, headquarters, logistics center workers, laboratory workers, field workers, etc.).Strategic partner in managing Dynamica and the retail division. initiating and executing work plans to expand activities, efficiency processes, and various mergers between Dynamica and Cellcom, including leading organizational changes.Managing a department including an HR manager and 7 HR coordinators divided by sites, and a payroll manager (at Dynamica).Partner in the managing business units, advising and supporting managers, building succession processes while utilizing various opportunities between the two companies, building and managing a leadership development program tailored to different roles.Managing salary and welfare budgets amounting to approx.4 M.Managing payroll at Dynamica, conducting control processes, and adapting the payroll system to organizational needs.Managing suppliers such as placement companies, consultants, and working with the workers' committee.Main achievement: Leading efficiency processes and merging activities between Cellcom and Dynamica, leading to increased company revenues while maintaining high employee satisfaction while working with the committee.
