I am a commercial operational leader with a unique career history combining the practice of law, a law tech start up and business services leadership roles at international and West End law firms.My experience includes strategy and board management, digital transformation and innovation, project governance, change management and business analysis. In addition I have led on a number of large risk, finance, marketing, facilities and HR projects. My background means that with all of these initiatives I understand both the client demands and priorities in the delivery of legal services as well as the operational support that is required to ensure that a firm is run in a compliant and profitable manner, whilst also being innovative.In particular, I enjoy leading and developing a team and ‘joining the dots’ in operations, seeing how operational teams can drive the delivery of firmwide strategy and purpose.
