While providing service and support to the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry, WSHLand, Inc. (“WSH”) principally focuses on assisting our clients in the acquisition of producing properties, also adding knowledge in the negotiation and documentation of exploration joint ventures, in conducting property evaluations and due diligence including data room management, and in closing and post-closing services. WSH is “deal tested” with demanding deadlines. While supporting the legal aspect of mezzanine lending, WSH provides lenders and their legal team with property due diligence including a review of the borrowers' practices and procedures.
