High level overview of responsibilities:• Drive delivery of RBL strategic priorities through the programmes and projects. • Work with colleagues to identify, evaluate, and select appropriate programme/ project/ change management tools, methodologies, and best practices in order to optimise delivery and implement long-term change. • Supporting the I&E Manager to develop and implement the appropriate approach, and implement and oversee processes for capturing, storing, analysing, and disseminating outputs and learnings from initiatives• Attend Strategy Programme Board meetings to provide updates and deep dives on projects and programmes.• Work closely with Sponsors on their strategic priority programmes / projects to ensure progress is made to time and budget, as well as bringing insight, knowledge and expertise on transformation and change. • Collaboratively work with other Leaders to ensure synergies and dependencies are identified and managed between programmes and programmes. • Maintain the operational overview of all activity and identify and facilitate the coordination of resource, interdependencies and fostering of best practice. • Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of the strategic Portfolio and the wider strategy to critically evaluate, challenge and make/recommend amendments or additional programmes/project as required to enable maximum delivery against strategic priorities. • Act as a role model and champion RBL values.

As a Transformation Portfolio Manager, I work with a small team to support the Operating Board in defining and executing the 3-5 year transformation strategy. I ensure that the business has a clear and consistent view of the future vision and the current portfolio status. I develop and maintain the framework and tools needed to manage the portfolio effectively. I engage with the wider transformation community to drive visibility, align outcomes, improve connectedness, and encourage knowledge sharing. Key areas of focus are: - Aligning and improving outcomes by focusing on objectives and key results - Providing training material and guidance- Working on the assessment of new software

Based within the IT department I worked closely with project and change teams across SIG to drive real and rapid improvements in how projects are defined, change is delivered and benefits are realised. Key aspect of the role is to build the change capability within SIG, increase the capability to oversee and prioritise the change portfolio and establish appropriate governance and control measures.

Working centrally across all internal departments my role helps share our programme management approach, lead on thematic planning and underpins our approach to delivery through agile programme management. As a senior member of the team, some of the key areas I focus on are:• Working closely with our Chief Creative Officer and Programme Directors to identify issues across all aspects of the projects (live, digital, broadcast and L&P) and work on solutions to enable rapid decision making. In my role as the Strategic Planning Manager, I support the senior team by acting as a custodian for the ‘big picture’ across all of planning. I liaise with all the teams to gather and analysis information on progress, risks and issues before sharing key information within the team as well as externally to a broad range of stakeholders including the UNBOXED Board and DCMS.I’m currently working on our Covid 19 strategy as well as leading a project team who will oversee the dissolution of Unboxed in 2023.My current role also requires me to:• Shape the strategic roadmap• Lead on integrated planning and reporting• Design, develop and assure our integrated plans• Monitor and report delivery performance through the creation of monthly portfolio reports• Lead on continues improvement

I worked as part of the Strategic Planning team and lead complex and non-routine projects alongside developing the Woodland Trust Project Management Framework.I’m an experienced Senior Project Manager and expert influencer, able to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams with a variety of skills. Focus driven in order to ensure the Trust gained the maximum impact for those projects and that we achieved targets. Able to manage information in an effective way, provide easy access to summary information and ensure activity is tracked and monitored. Previous projects include improving the visitor experience. I worked with landscape architects, planning and traffic consultants and designers to deliver car parks, artistic installations, interpretation and sensory language plans all of which are resulting in a better overall visitor experience as well as attracting new visitors to these sites.

During this role I worked on projects ranging from strategic planning, data management, product development to bringing in our own project framework and training programme.

Researching and developing projects for the Woodland Trust to implement in order to acheive our charitable aims in addition to raising awareness and income.Acting as a Communications Manger when required. To date have managed a key moment of an existing projects (Jubilee Woods) - this involved creating a communications plan, managing the crititcal path, running social media, managing and maximising all communication channels available.Scoped out ideas for potential projects for the next five years

My role involved developing new partnerships with companies by coming up with creative ways in which they can support our work in addition to discussing how they can benefit from partnering with the Woodland Trust. I also manage a number of corporate partners. In this I not only fulfil what has already been agreed but develop the relationship so that they support our work for a longer period of time.

I looked after all the marketing aspects of a small law firm in Nottingham. Aspects of this role included advertising, coordinating articles, managing the companies profile and arranging and running conferences.

Evaluated the overall structure of universities and analysed their student mix, teaching rate, income etc and compared their results against other similar Universities so that together we could analysis how they could operate more effectively.
