I am the Executive Assistant to our CEO. My day to day operations consist of scheduling and attending meetings. I document these meetings and send out emails to the corresponding participants. Other than managing the CEOs' calendar I also assure each head of the department is punctual and accurate with their reports before attending a meeting. furthermore, I assure to have every employee have everything needed to complete their day to day job tasks.
