I also monitored students attendance etc. I carried out day to day administration duties as required for the job.Part of this role was also a tutor on the Learndirect contract which involved delivering, Maths, English and IT from Entry Level through to Level 2Development Worker – I worked on a project aimed at engaging with people who had been unemployed for over 6 months and were looking at getting back into work. I would engage with the beneficiaries and have a number of meetings with them to help break down any barriers they had for getting back into employment before referring them on to a keyworker who would work with them for up to 52 weeks.
