Taking the lead on projects and forging relationships with my clients. Within Buro Four, I am part of the leadership team, responsible for the pastoral care and development of a team of PM’s. Also responsibility for financial oversight of a swathe of Buro Four projects. Lead PM helping maintain quality and our ISO status. Project-wise, I am currently fully occupied with the delivery of the New Museum of London.

Projects inlcuded: Work with Castleforge Partners from concept through to completion of 160 Aldersgate St, which was a successful refurbishment of a 1980's office building which we cut, carved, extended and gave a new façade. It was fully let to DLA Piper before completion. Also working on the 250th Anniversary project for the Royal Academy of Arts. My input focussed on resolving design issues and the numerous findings in such historic buildings.

Lead engineer and translator (Spanish-English) for a group of volunteer engineers completing a programme of pit latrines and drainage pits in the community of San Jose which was devastated by earthquake in 2000. Also worked on the completion of a new earthquake resistant house.

Summer placement with BAA / Laing working on the Terminal 5 Airside Road Tunnel and the huge surface water drainage system installation. Calculations of earthworks, translating coordinates, setting out structures and crane bases on site
