I am currently serving as a Police Constable with West Midlands Police, having recently transitioned to a proactive CID team focused on tackling burglary, robbery, and vehicle crime. In this role, I work alongside my colleagues to target and apprehend offenders within areas of concern, employing a range of investigative and operational strategies.Prior to this, I spent three years as a Neighbourhood Police Officer, where I worked closely with local communities and key stakeholders to reduce crime and strengthen relationships between the police and the public. Building rapport and trust within the community was a central aspect of my role, and I consistently prioritised engagement and collaboration to improve safety and wellbeing for local residents.Throughout my policing career, I have developed a broad range of skills, including certification as a Taser-carrying officer and comprehensive training in Public Order. I have honed my conflict resolution abilities and significantly strengthened my personal confidence, equipping me to handle challenging and high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
