Data Entry, Handling Web orders and carrier changes such as FedEx, Ontrac, international orders including Japan, Hong Kong, Europe etc. Processing, over 2,000 orders a week. Ensuring that orders are successfully captured and charged as well as cancelling orders in a successful transaction. Processing invoices for completed transactions. Having a close attention to detail for fraudulent orders and flagging them for future appearance. Contacting customers for missing information and delayed orders. Replenishment – Data entry, monitoring shipments of merchandise that were needed on the warehouse floor for the days order and ensuring time frames were met before cut off deadlines.
