In direct partnership with engineering, architecture, and owners, I work to develop project scopes while defining critical design criteria, allowing for organization across numerous projects simultaneously. I hold leadership over day-to-day operations, including scheduling, estimating, budgets, subcontracting, site visits, and progress. I make it my personal goal to work alongside stakeholders and drive project initiatives in an effective and efficient manner. One of my most significant projects from this position was the $21M Central Park Multiple Use Project. I led the construction of a 4-story commercial and residential building that included a retail floor and 21 condominiums. It is 100% structural precast building, in a logistically challenging urban setting, we erected this building off a precast platform (550 ton crane) which later became part of the usable square footage of the building. The new building was wrapped around the 1897 historic landmark, Nicholas Library. These early construction pictures really don’t do it justice. The project is nominated for PCI award and Trade/Craft award this year !

During my time with Rico Enterprises, I delivered hands-on leadership and support on several projects ranging in scope and specifications. I communicated among clients to promote our services, forming effective relationships and driving overall team and project success. My leadership extended to areas of design, subcontractor relations, technical cost analysis, scheduling, and field construction oversight.A significant project I consulted on in this position was the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. I deliver corporate oversight to evaluate and rank the top 10 best Project Management software application tools, applying my strong business knowledge to drive the success for a multi-billion-dollar project.

My time with the Tollway Engineering Department consistent of my intensive leadership over a 100+ worker, $6.4B congestion relief program that spanned 465 miles of roadway. During this project, I developed and appointed the advisory board, facilitated meeting, and liaised with state agencies to report performance. I also designed and governed the training program across local unions. To ensure project success, I completed detailed quality control audits, site visits, and compliance audits, serving as an active member of the Highway Construction Engineering Department. I was also selected to serve on the C-5 Committee where I oversaw scope changes, change order, project guidelines, requirements, and stakeholder recommendations.
