-Responsible for the financial reporting of a $66 million budget.-Departmental oversight included: bursar, collections, accounting, grants and risk management.-Implemented GASB 34 and 35 reporting changes.-Developed investment policies to invest $20 million in private investment. This generated $75,000 of addiitonal income in one year.-Partnered with staff.

-Responsible for development and oversight of a $25 million budget.-Presented budget and ongoing financial activity to Board of Trustees.-Departmental oversight included: bursar, collections, payroll, grants accountant, purchasing, IT, security and maintenance.-Reduced college budget by $250,000.

-Responsible for development and oversight of an $8 million budget.-Set up the first integrated general ledger generating programmatic financial statements.-Developed procedures to insure integrity and timely submission of fiscal reporting to funding sources. This generated viability and renewed support for program growth of $4.6 million in less than three.
