Project ManagerCrm (Customer Relationship Management) Sep 2007 - May 2009- Collaborated & delivered on time the first ever Capital Solutions Europe Siebel CRM tool, migrating 900+ Sales users in 15 countries integrating 5 different systems allowing one view of customers, contacts & pipeline- Designed & achieved 100% Data Migration for CSE business, loading 800,000 pieces of data into Siebel, allowing the business to continue using data they have from point of inception - Implementation of a Proactive Data Clean-up process for CSE by leading a monthly call with Senior Commercial Leaders, to ensure cleansed data on programs starting from 70% to 90% on completion. This ensures programs such as Apple & Dell are fully compliant with Contact Strategy, Pipeline etc- Managed an additional data cleaning exercise within the entire GE Fleet platform, ensuring all client assets were facilitated in Siebel for functional use. This resulted in all Fleet Assets being visible in Siebel, which allows us to monitor vehicle termination and achieve resolicitation that resulted in an annual benefit to CSE of +$25mm- Succeeded in implementing data for 5 enhancement releases in Siebel on time & under budget by working as part of a team to design/improve the functionality of the first ever Siebel CSE CRM Tool- Designed & implemented first ever Data Load process across CSE, working with Senior Sales & Marketing Users within all platforms. Thus resulting in production of one standardized process for data loading into the CSE CRM tool & accurate data loads for the first time ever
