This ensures programs such as Apple & Dell are fully compliant with Contact Strategy, Pipeline etc- Managed an additional data cleaning exercise within the entire GE Fleet platform, ensuring all client assets were facilitated in Siebel for functional use. This resulted in all Fleet Assets being visible in Siebel, which allows us to monitor vehicle termination and achieve resolicitation that resulted in an annual benefit to CSE of +$25mm- Succeeded in implementing data for 5 enhancement releases in Siebel on time & under budget by working as part of a team to design/improve the functionality of the first ever Siebel CSE CRM Tool- Designed & implemented first ever Data Load process across CSE, working with Senior Sales & Marketing Users within all platforms. Thus resulting in production of one standardized process for data loading into the CSE CRM tool & accurate data loads for the first time ever
