With a group of colleagues, I co-designed and deliver Design Futures: A Carbon Literacy Training course accredited by the Carbon Literacy Project in association with the Society of Theatre Designers. The course is aimed towards theatre designers and makers, production managers and theatre directors.

I am a set and costume designer for theatre, opera, dance and installation. My favourite projects seek out unusual and outdoor spaces, embed the heart of the community, and celebrate green practice in their design and realisation. I provided support to Taking Flight Theatre Company in drafting and completing their company Sustainability Policy (including an action plan of short and long term aims to be reviewed annually), and helped the company work towards The Theatre Green Book Baseline Standard for their production of You've Got Dragons.

I carried out research with Dr. Jennie Porton to develop a standard of measuring the Carbon Footprint of theatrical productions at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama's Spring Season. We researched and tested industry-friendly carbon footprint calculators, designed data collection systems and spreadsheets, analysed and recorded the data and reduced a report summarising our key findings

I provided consultancy and support to Peak Cymru, an arts organisation, to devise and implement a sustainability policy and action plan. This included an audit of Peak's current practice and buildings, producing a detailed document of current practice and future aims, and running a workshop with Peak's staff and board members.
