A successful and enthusiastic manger, I have wide ranging experience in a number of senior roles within HR, Training and Organisational Development. I have worked within the NHS for 15 years: this work has included supporting organisations through periods of major reorganisation; establishing new services; developing and implementing new policies and supporting cultural change, this is in addition to establishing highly effective training and development services. I have particular strengths in strategic development, change management and relationship building.
