My role in the Business Operations Excellence team combines my project management expertise with change and risk management; I like a challenge that involves improving processes, initiating, planning and implementing solutions and engaging with all relevant stakeholders to deliver meaningful and impactful results. I have also thoroughly enjoyed leading the risk and learning teams; empowering and engaging a continuous improvement and growth mindset with the team reps who can then share this with the rest of the department.My background as an analytical chemist and subsequent moves into requirements and project management have highlighted my expertise in bridging the gap and translating between technical experts and project delivery teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page (or at least in the same chapter!) when it comes to discussing planning and delivering impactful change.When I’m not at work you’ll find me curled up with a good book, pottering in the garden or empowering my 2 kids with the goal of creating a pair of great future adults.
