• Developing recruitment database on various skills by using various sourcing techniques such as; LinkedIn, Networking in the industry, Job sites, Employee referrals and Advertisements.• Diligently used all sites to source profiles and closely monitored to make sure that we send the right profiles to our clients within the timeline.• Responsible for H1B hiring and OPT hiring. 1099 consultants pooling.• Working with Vendors to close the position in minimum time frame.• Regular follow-up with the candidate and their vendors to ensure the joining within minimal time.• Cold calling experience in reaching out to both active and passive consultants.• Experience in cold calling to build network with Independent contractors who are passive job seekers• Experience marketing bench consultants as well as Independent contractors who are willing to associate with us
