Every impact has a story, and my delight is to refine details of each story to extract best practice lessons. My focus in monitoring, evaluation and learning is to provide evidence-based information that advises impact strategies, informs strategic project decisions and efficiency in the results chain. Over the last 5 years, I have supported delivery of tremendous development and empowerment project interventions, by gathering high quality data that helped measure, challenge and confirm impact as well as inform strategic investments. Through collaboration with multifunctional teams and stakeholders, I excelled in planning and designing results frameworks, which organized data collection at different stages of projects/programs and aided in risk mitigation. These experiences have refined my ability to formulate forms through Form Assembly, Kobo Collect and Google Forms, and create dashboards and visual presentation of data. Some of the tools I have used include SPSS, Kobo Collect, ODK, Salesforce, Form Assembly and Google Forms.
