  Key Skills and Experiences • Implementing medical products: This involves in depth planning and liaising with Key Opinion Leaders in individual hospitals within territory in order to meet the Trust’s needs, ordering of sample stock, awareness posters, facilitating and delivering familiarisation/training to an agreed percentage of staff in order for products to go ‘live’ safely e.g. volumetric/syringe pumps, safety cannula, clinical nutrition and IV pharmalogical products, organising part time staff to cover accounts and setting their work load. The documented evidence collected, is then provided to the Trust in order for them to meet their necessary evidential requirements for the Quality Care Commission. • Teaching cannulation training: Delivering of the company’s RCN accredited programmes to individual Trusts within territory. Liaise with Practice Development Team in each account in order to tailor the programme to their individual procedures and policies. I also assisted in the development of current employers E-learning cannulation programme, which is currently being used across the United Kingdom in a number of NHS hospitals. • Teaching medical equipment: Delivering custom made training packages to customers tailored to the individual hospitals needs. This depends on the configuration of the infusion pump and its desired use within the department/ward. Writing bespoke lesson plans for ‘expert users’ to cascade training to the same standard. • Computer Skills: I have a good level of computer skills and am able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint efficiently. • Communication Skills: I communicate effectively with my customers and colleagues via face to face, verbally and written correspondence.
