After 3 years of ABAP and Customization, the company asked that I return to Change Management. I have since obtained my Prosci and CMIIP Certification. I have learned that Change Management is best seen as a multi-faceted discipline catering to the entire enterprise. I am an advocate of robust Business Process, solid training programs, supporting IT Systems, and Continuous Improvement all supported by Enterprise wide Change Management. 

Cymbolic Sciences was at a cross road when we were bought by Gretag. I was invited to move to Change Management and Configuration Control. It was not long before I was given a choice between Change Management and Technical Writing. I choose Change Management and became responsible for the Engineering Change process. Almost immediately, I obtained a Lotus Notes Developers License and began automating the EC Process. By the time we were bought by Oce I had automated the EC process and NCR process in Lotus Notes. Seeing this, Oce sent me to our office in San Jose to implement it there. For the next 8 years I expanded the Lotus Notes development to include the aspects of the "As Built Records" for our printers that were not covered in the ERP System. After we implemented SAP I created a Lotus Notes to SAP interface using XML and HTTP technology. Then I was promoted to SAP Technical Support.

I soon demonstrated my writing skills which won me a Job offer as Technical Writer. As Technical Writer and Illustrator, I was responsible for the following documentation: User Manuals Service Bulletins Work Instructions Illustrations for Service Manuals
