*On April 1, 2018 Qtrade Financial Group merged with NEI Investments and Credential Financial to form Aviso Wealth.Collaborated with executive and investment leadership to build the most comprehensive Responsible Investment (RI) program in Canada. Involved from strategic formation of shareholder engagement themes and approaches to the communication of those activities and outcomes. Demonstrated the efficacy to influence change and have a meaningful impact on investment returns.Played a key co-lead role on multi-year initiative to expand asset manager distribution outside captive distribution through credit union channel. Assembling and collaborating with a team of various stakeholders worked within a limited budget to develop an effective campaign designed to position our offering as the most comprehensive from Canada’s RI thought leader.Took an innovative and creative tact to deliver an effective multi-pronged campaign that delivered digital results exceeding industry averages with several content and creative pieces leveraged throughout of the sales and marketing program. Contributed from strategy, concept, program negotiation with third-party vendors to SME content development, to execution, implementation and follow-through.Represented OceanRock Investments at several round table discussion on Gender Diversity and Climate Change Disclosure with prominent government and regulatory offices. Participated in various industry collaboration work streams including Shareholder Engagement, Responsible Investing and Impact Investing.Key contributor in the development, positioning and communication of key thought leadership research to support the efficacy and build awareness of Responsible Investing to drive assets into the category. Research was conducted in conjunction with industry associations (Responsible Investment Association) and academics (Carleton Centre for Community Innovation / Dr. Tessa Hebb).
