Recruiter looking to build on my love for making connections and watching those relationships blossom. I am a naturally very outgoing person and have always loved meeting new people and making new connections. My husband is active-duty military and that has allowed me to travel the world and meet people from all over. It has shown me how much I truly enjoy those moments. I'm always wanting to better myself. In that process, I will continue my education and job training. Setting myself up in a career where I can continue to be present for my boys and also contribute to my family financially. I have a hunger for connecting and helping people. I have done volunteering during my time as a military spouse. Helping families connect, set up financial planning, lead event planning, organized fundraiser events, took financial classes, and many other team-building activities. In that time, I learned to connect to people on a very personal level with people who start as strangers. Being away from what you consider home or even stuck on a very small island can start to break even the toughest people. I always try to make sure everyone I come in contact with knows I am a safe place to vent and that I will try my hardest to help in solving any problems encountered. I truly enjoyed that part of my life and hope to take what I learned in that time as part of the military community and grow into an exceptional recruiter. This is something I truly enjoy and cannot wait to grow in this career and watch others grow as well, that is where I find joy.
