Recent programmes have been for Oracle partners in major European cities, Dell Boomi top professionals in Buenos Aries and for the SiriusDecisions Summit in Las Vegas. As Project Co-ordinator, I support producers and project leads on logistics, sourcing venues and equipment, and management of client meetings.

I had the great pleasure of working with EdComs again, this time as a Workshop Facilitator on the betty bus tour - the bus is a bright yellow double decker, decorated with pink spots! We travelled around the South East, talking to girls between the ages of 8 and 14 about the realities of having periods. The work was very rewarding - it's surprising how little this subject is properly discussed with young women (and boys - they had their own sessions with male facilitators) and we dispelled many myths and calmed many fears about the subject.

As Alumni Manager, I am the point of contact for over 2,000 fashion industry professionals worldwide who have completed their programmes with Mastered. I deal with their general queries relating to their careers and any Mastered-related issues, and keep them informed about new initiatives, such as discounts and benefits that they can use globally and opportunities for work. I continue to manage the Ambassador programme.A favourite part of my role is getting people together in the same room to swap ideas and increase their network. This year, I have enabled over 35 meetups around the globe, in over 20 different cities in 15 countries, building a platform for over 500 alumni and professionals to collaborate, and organised a gallery event at Mastered HQ celebrating the amazing work our community has created.I have continued performing the CRM for Mastered and enjoy being a valued member of the Project Vitality team.

Mastered is an online educational company that accelerates the careers of professionals in the fashion industry, such as photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists and emerging brands.I joined the company as Talent Care - a customer-facing role providing technical support to the professionals, and manning the general email account. This was a newly created role and it became clear that the workload had been overestimated. I quickly filled my day proofreading the content for the online classrooms, co-creating and administrating the global Mastered Ambassador team and becoming a founder member of the Project Vitality team - an internal initiative that encourages health and wellbeing within the workforce.

EdComs is a communications agency of 20 years' standing, with a commitment to education at its heart. Their work has educational, business and social impact.I was asked to join their Live team on a short-term contract. The Live team provides face-to-face interactive educational experiences for primary and secondary pupils using performance and facilitation skills.I co-designed and co-facilitated a presentation skills workshop for EdComs staff and co-facilitated a train-the-trainer session with the Tennis Foundation. My tour administration work was for a project called Get Set for Community Action, linked to the British Olympic and Paralympic Associations, organising and liaising between three teams of three facilitators visiting 80 schools throughout the UK over a seven-week tour. I'm pleased to say that I didn't leave anyone abandoned in a village miles from anywhere with no food or a place to stay, so the tour went pretty well.

Purple Monster works with companies undergoing change, helping to engage staff in the process. Projects ranged from one-off events to long-term programmes with regular interventions tackling specific problems or performance requirements. My role involved client liaison, research, workshop design and delivery, facilitation and compilation of feedback after events. I also wrote and organised the rest of the team into contributing weekly articles for the company website.HighlightsNational Grid, Warwick: Designed, co-delivered and was project manager for a one-day team-building event for a new department involving both US and UK staff. Network Rail, national: Researched, co-designed and co-delivered the rollout of a soft skills workshop for track staff who were nominated as ‘super users’ for the new digital work order delivery system.NHS Trust, Sussex: Researched, designed and co-delivered workshops for theatre staff experiencing a negative working environment, encouraging better communication and understanding within the teams.

This was a freelance role where I was contracted to facilitate customer care training workshops for NHS, Orchid Pubs and Roadchef staff amongst others. I was also involved in leadership development workshops and acted in forum theatre/roleplay sessions for many other clients such as Ernst & Young and RBS.

Fullproof is a proofreading business and I worked as the 'right-hand woman' to the owner. Clients included a pensions communications company, one of the Big 4 advisory companies, and various advertising and marketing agencies. My role was client facing as well as proofreading and I managed the business in the owner's absence.
