I offer a freelance editing and proofreading service for scientific publications. Previous experience includes guest editing a special issue of Progress in Organic Coatings dealing with the proceedings of the Sixth International Conference: Advances in Corrosion Protection by Organic Coatings. The conference, which I assisted in organising, was held at Christ’s College, Cambridge, 20-22nd July 2015.I have been a regular attender of the EUROCORR congress since 2015 and have assisted in reporting on the congress in the journal Corrosion Engineering Science and Technology (formerly published by Maney, now Taylor and Francis).I have also functioned as assistant editor of the EFC (European Federation of Corrosion) newsletter.

My research at Leeds constituted a feasibility study for the design and synthesis of novel nano materials for applications in the oil and gas industry.

My project at Manchester involved characterisation and performance testing a range of protective coatings for aluminium-copper-magnesium alloy AA2024 T3.

My M.Phil project involved design and synthesis of sugar-containing polymers.
