Over the past 7 years, I have worked with organisations in Ireland, the UK and Australia, gaining experience in change management, HR transformation and employee experience, project management, digital transformation, organisational design and communications. My experience spans 15+ projects across numerous clients from supporting a Policing Organisation prepare their workforce for their integration with Europe’s largest security and border management info-sharing system to delivering change management for a global HR transformation programme with Glanbia Plc, a leading global nutrition company.Whether an engagement is 2 months or 2 years, I love to work closely with clients to understand their organisation and deliver impact through exceptional advisory work.
