I am an experienced business transformation specialist focused on the delivery of large scale, cross-functional organisation and technology change. I lead and deliver transformation projects and programmes to change the way companies operate their business. This has included delivering change programmes both globally and locally within specific business units and/or markets for clients. I am an experienced facilitator with a track record of running senior leadership team meetings, large scale workshops and global training events, in which I apply my proven communication and influencing skills. I also bring an analytical background as a qualified chartered accountant, which allows me to understand the impact of change and to better support teams in adopting new ways of working.
