Ruth is a Vice President in the Phoenix office of Colliers International. She specializes in tenant representation. Her work with large corporate tenants as well as smaller start up tenants gives her a breadth of knowledge and experience to draw on. Strategically aligning with her clients business plan allows her to make better informed decisions for her clients based on their business needs, not just their space needs.

Director of both the research and marketing departments for Phoenix, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Portland, Seattle and Las Vegas offices for both the Brokerage and Property Management departments. Charged with overseeing the rebranding efforts with the move from Grubb & Ellis to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Supervising Research, Marketing and Mapping Departments to include budgets, HR duties and day to day housekeeping functions. Ruth built both departments from the ground up in the Phoenix office as this was a new office as of January 2010. Responsible for the market data that is tracked in the proprietary GENIE system used to run market stats for quarterly and annual market reports. Responsible for financial analysis, other research related functions as well as mapping and all marketing and graphics functions. In addition has the role of Public Relations and business development activities enabling the brokers more opportunities to win business. Client liaison and retention specialist working directly with clients on special projects to add value to their real estate decisions as well as other targeted areas of their business.

Working with hospitals to pull RN's and other Allied Health Professionals together to offer staff (RN's, CNA's, Medical Technicians, etc..) cohort opportunities to earn competitive degrees that can be obtained in an online environment allowing them to further their education and elevate their position while allowing hospitals to retain or attain magnet status in our competitive economy.
