Major leasing assignments have included 1 million square feet of class A office space in Foster Plaza (EQC Commonwealth REIT), repositioning the 550,000 square foot former Westinghouse Energy headquarters facility in Monroeville for multi-tenant use (REIT Management and Research), 30 North Third in downtown Harrisburg (Heitman Capital), The Koppers Building (PASERS), Centre City Tower (Schroeder Real Estate), Monroeville Medical Arts Building (Welltower), and Webster Hall Office (Beacon Communities). Significant transactions include 110,000 SF new lease with BONYM, 72,000 SF renewal with AETNA Life Insurance Company, 67,000 SF new lease with CVS Caremark, 48,000 SF renewal with Tetra Tech, and 235,000 sale of 134 Industry Drive (office/distribution).
