I am a seasoned consultant, partnership developer and coach, with deep experience at the intersection of planetary regeneration and human development.As a consultant and partner at PwC, I was responsible for teams of 1000+, led complex international projects and advised global companies on financial and Board matters. In addition, I was fortunate to establish and lead PwC's Sustainability and Climate Change Client Service in China, which I Ied from inception to commercial success. I developed a deep understanding of the extent and urgency of the planetary emergency and its links to social injustice, inequality and poverty, which profoundly affected me. I established an independent consultancy and specialised in supporting charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises. I assisted and coached leadership teams and Boards on various matters, including strategy development, partnership development, impact, operational planning, organisational design, governance, and finance. I also advised corporate clients on ESG, articulating purpose and leading transformation. More recently, I held various senior strategic roles with Kite Insights, during a period of rapid growth. With a strategic mindset and a focus on impact, I develop trusted partnerships, form coalitions, curate and facilitate events and coach teams to understand the possibilities and take urgent action to transition to a green economy and address inequalities.
