As part of the Talent Development team, I was leading recruitment for this PR agency of 200 talented individuals; working with the Managing Directors of each practice to identify and attract the best communications professionals into the agency.This involved directly recruiting for senior roles as well as managing relationships with recruitment consultancies; building partnerships with the senior stakeholders across the business, including Finance; tracking recruitment success and ensuring recruitment was in line with the agency's wider Talent Strategy.

Part of the EMEA Talent Development team working across the London office to recruit for a variety of senior roles.In particular partnering with the Creative Strategy team to identify and attract exceptional digital and creative talent to support ambitious growth plans. Working closely with management advising on role structure, search and acquisition of talent at all levels to build the agency's digital capability. Identifying and attracting passive candidates from outside the PR arena, leading the recruitment process, dealing with external recruitment partners and numerous internal stakeholders.

The Garden is a well-established but still boutique recruitment and headhunting agency working for a portfolio of clients in top creative agencies. I specialised in Account Management and Planning at all levels for ATL advertising, integrated and digital agencies.

This role was created for me to be part of the management team of 12 hotels due to be refurbished into luxury properties. I worked closely with the hotel General Managers and front line teams to improve guest experience, develop and deliver training workshops, improve internal communications and create a more personal service across the hotels, restaurants, bars and spas.

Talent & Business DevelopmentDAS is the holding company for many of the Omnicom agencies including Brand Consultancy, PR, Digital, Healthcare and CRM. 

My role was to work with the senior management teams of Omnicom agencies in the UK and across Europe to build best practice in the areas of New Business and Talent Development.

This included;Business DevelopmentPlanning the content and managing the logistics for 30+ networking events and conferences per year in the UK and Europe; holding client growth workshops; supplying pitch support and business development information to agency teams.

Talent StrategyDevising learning and development programmes for group agencies; marketing and managing the group-wide graduate recruitment scheme; gathering and encouraging best practice in talent development; working to keep our best talent in the group.

Joined Millward Brown's graduate programme and worked on international and UK advertising research projects for blue chip clients.
