I am passionate about guiding and inspiring women in their 40s and 50s to shift their thinking, become unstuck and make sustainable everyday choices to give them vibrant, long-lasting health. I understand all too well the feeling of overwhelm when you start to question everything in your life. Whether it’s the ups and downs of weight loss, the trials of menopause, the pressures of relationships or work-life balance, it is easy to lose sight of yourself.Having spent years thinking about everyone else’s needs, I finally realised that I wasn’t actually spending any time looking after myself. I began my own revitalise journey by retraining as a health coach. I believe that coaching is a powerful way to help people focus on ‘The What’, ‘The Why’ and ‘The How’. Everyone is individual and what works for one does not necessarily work for others. I specialise in helping people find their own path to living well which means they have more energy, lose weight, balance those pesky hormones, boost their confidence and find resilience and belief in themselves so they can thrive in a busy world.
