I'm a trainer and workshop facilitator in inclusive, evidence-based and trauma-informed relationships and sex education (RSE) and sexual & gender-based violence prevention (SGBV). I provide workshops, training and consultancy on a range of topics within the fields of RSE, SGBV and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. My previous roles include Head of Training & Sexual Violence Prevention Specialist at the national, award-winning RSE provider School of Sexuality Education and Training Lead at a Rape Crisis Centre. I'm a founding partner of Training Works, an organisation dedicated to sustainable & inclusive RSE/ SGBV.I also provide RSE workshops for adults (after all, very few of us enjoyed access to decent RSE when we were young!) and have delivered sessions to groups in various community settings on healthy sexuality, dating, relationships, pleasure, consent, trauma, fantasy, kink and LGBTQ+ intimacy for many years. After completing a counselling skills foundation, I began training as a sex and relationships psychotherapist in September 2023. I'm grateful for the ways this therapeutic training has already strengthened my facilitation through the development of my skills re communication, non-judgement, boundary-keeping and self-awareness, and look forward to introducing client work into my professional life alongside education and consultancy.
