With a passion for people and change, I specialise in coaching, leadership development, talent management and employee engagement.My real passion is for Learning & Development and love nothing more than creating engaging, interactive learning opportunities - either in-person or through an E-learning platform.Having worked for major organisations including KPMG, Canon, Crown Packaging and JELD-WEN in the UK, Europe and North America; I enjoy the challenge that cultural differences often bring and use that knowledge to engage with leaders and teams.I love being creative and look for every opportunity to make that happen, which is why I put any spare time and effort into creating and promoting my children’s book, Doug the Bug!
