Entrusted with owning and guiding the post-sales strategy to fulfill planned value, I leverage my expertise to effectively coordinate all post-sales workstreams and manage risks. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, I identify expansion opportunities aligned with the specific needs of our customers. My background in Learning, Development, and Performance has greatly shaped my ability to commit to this role and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Vitality is a Health, Life and Car insurance company operating across multiple locations in the UK and South Africa. The aligned to the four Operational teams with the key focus to provide Learning and Performance consultation with the Leadership and Project Teams, as well as creating learning solutions using synchronous and asynchronous approaches that support change programmes to a Hybrid audience.These operational teams performed a customer facing role working B2B and B2C. The 2 main focuses within this role were proactive performance related consultation with leadership within the organisation and delivering reactive system and product change to front line staff. Working in a fast-paced environment, I successfully balanced multiple projects at difference stages within the change process.Delivery groups vary and could be as large as 500+ employees across multiple teams, locations and disciplines or just involve a change for just 5 people in a team. I leveraged my knowledge of learning theory to flex my approach appropriately.Learning solutions focused on the need of the learner and the need to minimise disruption to service while maximising performance – in the flow of work first. This is achieved through well designed processes and tools which include a Business Proposal Development, Rapid Task Analysis, User Experience analysis, Knowledge Management, E-learning Creation and Curation, Prioritisation and robust Evaluation process that continually feeds back in to improving personal and overall team performance. Evaluation was a key component in keeping pace with the rate change and innovation in the industry while delivering accurate instruction to frontline staff.The proactive part of this role was data driven, analysing data multiple sources. I regularly met with Senior Stakeholders to discuss my findings and work through the appropriate next steps.
