The municipal team Redevelopment Monuments is composed of specialists from the municipal departments Erfgoed, Economie & Energie, Ruimtelijke Ordening en Stedenbouw, Maatschappelijk Vastgoed and Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving, as well as a few external specialists who all add value with their proven knowledge and years of practical experience. The team has an advisory role in preparations and a supporting role during implementation of the re-use of monuments within the city of 's-Hertogenbosch, for the city council as well as external parties.

The network Makelpunten is aimed at matching supply and demand for space for 'social activities'. The aim is to make better use of existing buildings. Increasing the secondary goal of social cohesion and safety.

I am commissioned by the College of Mayor and Aldermen as the first contact point for the development and construction of Makelpunt 's-Hertogenbosch. My role contains projectleadership and mediation between residents, entrepreneurs and other different parties with housing issues .Makelpunt is a sustainable platform. On the one hand to get insight in vacant real estate and housing issues within the City of 's-Hertogenbosch, on the other hand to create connections between different parties and reduce vacancy rates in social, cultural, welfare, educational and business real estate.The real estate space that is offered at Makelpunt concerns both municipal real estate as well as supply of external parties, including business brokers, housing corporations, vacancies managers and (semi-) commercial companies and institutions.

In my role of account manager real estate I am legally and financially responsible for a part of the property portfolio of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch. Over the years I have been responsible for social, cultural, welfare and commercial real estate.I am a consultant in the field of exploitation, property maintenance and managing real estate properties, as well as in the field of purchase and sale of real estate properties.As a project leader I am also responsible for submitting quotations and monitoring of objectives with regard to time, money, quality, information and organisation.

Hired to work for the city of 's-Hertogenbosch at the Engineering Agency department.
