I have extensive board-level nonprofit experience and over 30 years of experience working in Fortune 100 companies. I've coached corporate and nonprofit leaders and have helped diverse teams and boards meet their success goals, both as a peer and as a consultant. I am a life-long advocate of women and girls and have played an active role in women’s mentorship and international development organizations. I was the co-founder of Girls Count, partnering with the Women’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to encouraging adolescent girls toward math and science professions. My corporate roles have included strategic development, market planning, business development, direct sales, and the leadership of 100-person teams.I have a passion for philanthropy and have been involved in multiple non-profit organizations. I love to explore new cultures and geography and have visited 120 countries on all seven continents.A major focus has been in the performing arts and in international organizations that support women and girls. Some of my favorite nonprofits are Denver Center for Performing Arts, Africaid, Beyond Our Borders, Women's Foundation, Friendship Bridge, and World Pulse.
