Responsible for Vendor Management of all Contract Agencies assigned to support the PG&E San Bruno Project. Team formed so that PG&E could monitor and ensure that vendor invoices for project labor and expenses were in alignment with agreed upon contract terms. * Contract Administration by partnering with PG&E’s Sourcing department to execute contracts with terms that ensured proper controls for the type of project work being performed. * Detailed Invoice Analysis and Time sheet Administration to confirm accuracy of vendor billing. * Identified inappropriate billing and obtained Vendor Credit Memo for reimbursement to PG&E.* $1M + in Cost Savings through ensuring PG&E received 2% Early Payment Discount and through adjustment of inappropriate billings.* Prepared monthly Accrual Log and several Re-Classification spreadsheets to assist PG&E’s Finance department in their month end practices.

Managed a team responsible for all aspects of 3,500+ decentralized employee's benefits and payroll while ensuring expenses stayed within our $3.4 MM Budget. * Improved problem resolution time by building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple vendors and benefit carriers. * Negotiated annual benefit plan renewals, plan design changes, monthly plan rates with benefit carriers and designed the open enrollment materials while meeting all budget requirements and ensuring employees were given the best possible and most affordable benefit offering.* Successfully launched 11 annual benefits enrollments through strong project management skills and coordination with benefits administrator, fulfillment house and carriers.* Collaborated with HR on the verbiage and design of a tri-fold benefits brochure to assist potential employees in understanding our benefits offereing.
