Managed key client accounts, handling their branding requirements from initial quotation through to product delivery. I was responsible for creating high quality, large format printed branding that matched both the clients brief and safety requirements.

Provided crucial support for the planning and implementation of the 2013 graduation at Leeds Metropolitan University. Prior to the event I was responsible for the coordination of special requirements such as students and attendees with disabilities, dietary requirements and VIP alumni. During the event responsibilities included directing attendees, ticketing and manning the helpdesk.

Based within the Olympic Hospitality Centre at the 2012 London Olympic Games, I was responsible for managing a team of people on a daily basis, delegating tasks and implementing systems to ensure these were completed to a high standard. Liaising and communicating effectively with a number of different organisations, including LOGOC, was key to ensure the centre was ran to the highest possible standard.
