Highly customized services tailored to meet individual school and districts needs.As a strategic member of the reDesign team my responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Acting as the primary staff resource for all HR and Operational issues• Automating the company’s books by implementing financial software (QuickBooks online) thus increasing productivity by 30%• Managing the firms budget/cash flow and presenting reports to the management team on monthly basis• Prepping accounts receivable and account payable • Work with customer base of schools on setting up contracts and ensuring delivery of services • On-boarding of new staff, including training on time tracking system and setup on all infrastructure platforms• Other project work includes recruiting, event management, invoicing, troubleshooting of technical issues
