As an inspiring and innovative leader, Ruth has driven tangible results across hardware, software, ecosystems and services arenas. She has led successful digital technology, data, and analytics initiatives to reimagine the internal employee, and external client and partner experience. Ruth advises clients on digital transformations, modernized IT infrastructures, and the people and process strategies that enhance their competitive edge and align to achievement of their business objectives. As a STEM graduate at age 18 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Ruth is passionate about creating a diverse STEM pipeline. Ruth also believes that digital literacy is a must have, not a nice to have, and has actively engaged in this space, most recently with the Inspiredu non-profit. The mission of Inspiredu is to change lives through technology and education. As the newly announced Chair of the Executive Board, Ruth is committed to expanding the organization’s impact to the benefit of the community.
