Hobby Lobby is truly the place to be!I started my career with Hobby Lobby in 2009. At this time I was a Co-Manager in Chillicothe, Ohio. During my time in Chillicothe, I developed several skills necessary to successfully run a store. One of the major events I was involved in was opening the Polaris store in Columbus, Ohio. Once this store was opened I transferred to this location as a Co-Manager. Shortly after I helped lead the set up of the Erie, Pennsylvania location. During this time I was able to truly demonstrate all that I had learned; which helped me earn my promotion to Store Manager for the Macedonia, Ohio location in 2011. After managing this store for over 4 years my hard work was again recognized and I was promoted to Management Recruiter. What separates Hobby Lobby from the other retailers is the small company atmosphere. The foundation of the company is based on Christian principals. We believe that it is by God's grace and provision that Hobby Lobby has endured. God has been faithful in the past, and we trust Him for our future.This is truly an exciting time for Hobby Lobby! We opened 50 stores in 2020, and we are opening 40+ stores in 2021. Hobby Lobby operates more than 900 stores across the nation.
