As operations manager at TecInteractive, my job is to make those technology decisions and acquisitions a reality for our customers. That involves managing installation, integration with existing systems and first level training. Since we launched TecInteractive in 2005, we have prided ourselves on being an independent provider; not bring tied to any particular brand or vendor. This means we can give our customers an unbiased view of the best technology on the market and help them to work out what is the going to work best for their organisation. We like technology that is easy-to-use, so that anyone in the organisation can use it without fuss or hesitation. The relationships we have developed over this time mean that we are able to offer our clients a good insight into the leading brands and offer their products at a competitive price. Our recent collaboration with office design and fit out specialists Blueprint Interiors, also allows us to offer our clients a complete solution for designing workspaces that help them to work more efficiently or collaboratively. For me, there’s nothing better than delivering the solution to the client and making it happen for them.
