CurrentDuties include:• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget• Providing direction for IT team members• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation• Designing training programs and workshops for staff• Plan and manage IT Infrastructure projects (migrating VMware & Hyper-V VMs into Azure, migrating Microsoft 365 tenants)• Plan, build, deploy and manage Mobile Device Management (Global IT)• Plan, build, deploy and manage Windows Server Infrastructure and VMware Infrastructure• Deploy and manage Meraki Wi-Fi Infrastructure for Danish Region• Plan, Design and Manage ISMS for ISO 27001 certificationPrincipal Accountability:• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages• Coaching/Managing the Technical Support Engineer (1st, 2nd & 3rd level)• Purchasing ICT equipment• IT Service Management• Business Continuity (Strategy, Plan, Policy and Procedures)
