  • Culture Amp
    Senior Delivery Lead
    Culture Amp Feb 2020 - Dec 2020
    Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
After the completion of a secondment in the "Performance" camp, I made the decision to join the "Performance" camp full-time as a Delivery Lead. This primarily involved leading a team of engineers and ensuring a positive level of team health and engagement, as well as working with product managers, designers, and a tech lead to estimate, plan, and deliver new software features and improve existing functionality, most notably an MVP of "1-on-1 conversations" functionality delivered within 12 weeks. During this time I also continued as an on-call incident manager, as well as leading and implementing process changes to the issue triage and escalation process within our group of teams. Additionally, it was during the period of being a Delivery Lead I received a promotion and recognition of a "senior" title, based on my impact at the company during my tenure.
  • Culture Amp
    Product Manager
    Culture Amp Oct 2018 - Feb 2020
    Melbourne, Australia
Due to changes of the Product group structure, the CSE team was dissolved in late 2018. It was during this time I took on the responsibility of a product manager role on an engineering team within our "Engagement" camp. The main focus of this team was centered around prioritizing and actioning escalated bugs/issues and outstanding technical tasks, as well as reducing the overall number of technical tasks by incorporating them as features within the product. After addressing these focuses, the team moved onto larger projects focused on improving the user experience of Culture Amps' "Engagement" product, as well as the "Performance" product during a 6-month secondment. It was also during this time that I began assisting with incident management, and joined the on-call rotation for incident managers.

Our primary objective within the team was to act as a conduit between the customer and product groups through diagnosing, triaging, and escalating issues to relevant product teams. In addition, we were also responsible for performing regular "technical tasks" in production environments, as well as writing and maintaining documentation of expected behaviour within the platform.
